The Multi Utility Corridor (MUC) is an innovative approach to modernise the way road and utility infrastructure is delivered in NSW. The solution minimises cost wastage and distribution and improves amenity and safety outcomes, providing certainty to land and road stakeholders.
MUCs enable utility infrastructure to be placed at the right location upfront and promote productive long-term development. More than an infrastructure project, the MUC masterplans and reforms inefficient policies that drive road and utility provider’s current behaviour in an Australian first.
