Lee is a skilled economist with more than 16 years’ experience providing investment advice on more than 120 projects across Australia and New Zealand and securing more than $50 billion in funding. This includes cost benefit analysis, business case and strategy development across transport, land use, energy, education, justice, defence, health, sports and coastal resilience.
He has been a reviewer of submissions to Infrastructure Australia since its inception in 2008 and has developed and peer reviewed numerous guidelines forming part of the Infrastructure Australia Assessment Framework.
Lee is an industry leader in the estimation of social value land use & regional economic development benefits. He has published papers and made numerous conference presentations on these topics.
