Henry has a passion of achieving program/project success from a multi-dimensional construct. Through the lens of conventional ‘triple constraint’, he consistently delivers projects on time, within budget and to the scope for project management success. He achieves project ownership success through deep understanding of client’s strategic objectives, priorities and processes, as well as his extensive insights of state and local government stakeholder engagement  of competing, diverse and complex priorities across different business groups / units from his secondments to the NSW Government.
