Director

Ben is an experienced strategic advisor, project lead and commercial advisor. He brings a considered approach to the development of infrastructure with strong client-side management experience including program development, business case leadership, project approval and commercial skill sets.

Ben has extensive experience advising the government on preparing infrastructure strategy, project development and procurement. Ben’s experience, coupled with his background in engineering and an MBA, sees him readily understand the challenges facing the delivery of infrastructure strategies and the development of projects.

Ben has a proven ability to lead teams, provide strategic advice for major infrastructure projects, prepare compelling project development documentation, implement governance processes, develop capital expenditure models, prepare procurement material, and develop reporting frameworks.

Ben has demonstrated his ability to operate within various portfolio/ program/ project management environments and manage stakeholders to achieve project outcomes. Ben has further shown his ability to work within various disciplines and industries, as demonstrated by a client base that includes transport, health, utilities and central government.
